Otomize Ear Spray is a prescription-only treatment used to relieve inflammation and infection in the outer ear canal (otitis externa, also known as swimmer’s ear). It contains a combination of a steroid (dexamethasone) to reduce inflammation, an antibiotic (neomycin sulfate) to combat bacterial infection, and acetic acid to create an acidic environment that inhibits microbial growth.
This convenient spray format offers precise application, targeting the affected area and helping to reduce symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, discharge, and discomfort.
Active Ingredients (per spray dose):
- Dexamethasone (steroid)
- Neomycin sulfate (antibiotic)
- Acetic acid (antifungal and antibacterial)

Who Is It For?
Suitable for adults and children aged 2 and above experiencing:
- Outer ear inflammation
- Bacterial ear infections
- Swimmer’s ear
Not suitable if you:
- Have a perforated eardrum
- Are allergic to any of the listed ingredients
- Are using other ototoxic (ear-damaging) medications
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding (unless advised by a doctor)
Directions for Use:
- Shake well before each use
- Administer one spray into the affected ear three times daily, usually for 7 days
- Do not exceed recommended dose or duration
If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult a healthcare professional
Important:
- Do not use in the eye or mouth
- Avoid water entering the ear during treatment
- Always complete the full course unless directed otherwise
Precautions and Warnings:
- Not for long-term use due to the potential for resistance or hearing damage
- Avoid use if you suspect an inner ear issue or if the ear canal is blocked
- Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C
