• Experiencing moderate erectile dysfunction (based on SHIM score of 8–16)

• Preferring not to consult with a GP

❌ Who is not eligible?

• Under 18 or women

• Severe or mild ED (SHIM score outside 8–16)

• Recent heart attack or stroke (within 6 months)

• Severe heart, liver or kidney conditions

• Taking nitrates or conflicting medications

• History of certain eye, bleeding, or penile conditions
  (Our pharmacist will assess your suitability during consultation)

⚠️ Important Information

• PDE-5 inhibitors do not cause spontaneous erection – sexual stimulation is still required

• Common side effects include: flushing, nasal congestion, headache, dizziness

• Avoid alcohol, grapefruit juice, and conflicting medications

• Do not combine ED treatments within 36 hours of each other
