在使用前摇匀。在应用过程中保持眼睛和嘴唇闭合。在10-15cm的距离喷洒。在阳光照射前半小时涂抹于清洁、干燥的皮肤上。暴露在直射阳光下时每两小时重新涂抹一次，尤其是在用毛巾擦干身体、游泳或出汗时。局部使用。避免直接接触眼睛和粘膜。如有接触，请用大量清水冲洗。不适用于开放性伤口和/或极度敏感的皮肤。
