Not suitable for: Anyone allergic to guaifenesin or any of the other ingredients, and children under 12 years. It is not recommended during pregnancy or in women of childbearing age who are not using contraception; guaifenesin passes into breast milk, so speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are breastfeeding. It contains ethanol, glucose and sucrose, so ask a pharmacist if you have diabetes or an intolerance to some sugars.

How to use

Read the label and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) before use.
For oral use. Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: take 10 ml (two 5 ml spoonfuls) four times a day.
Leave the doses evenly spaced and do not take more than 40 ml in any 24-hour period.
Do not give to children under 12 years.
If the cough lasts longer than 7 days, comes back, or comes with a fever, rash or lasting headache, speak to a doctor.
