How to Use
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200ml of fresh drinking water and stir until fully dissolved. Adults: drink after every loose bowel movement, or as needed to maintain hydration. Follow the dosing guidance on the pack for children, or seek advice from a pharmacist. Prepare a fresh solution each time and do not store made-up solution for more than an hour.

Warnings & Storage
If symptoms of dehydration are severe, or diarrhoea/vomiting persists for more than 24 hours (or 6 hours in infants), seek medical advice. Not a substitute for medical treatment in severe dehydration. Consult a doctor before use in infants under 1 year, or if you have kidney problems or are on a restricted salt diet. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C in a dry place, in the original packaging.
