• Diagnosed with mild to moderate non-bullous impetigo

• Prefers to access treatment through a pharmacy instead of visiting a GP

❌ Who is not eligible?

• Under 2 years of age

• Has bullous impetigo, widespread or recurrent infection

• Has systemic symptoms (e.g. fever), severe infection, or immunosuppression

• Suspected conditions like cellulitis, herpes, fungal infection, or eczema

• Diagnosis is unclear or not confirmed

• Allergic to fusidic acid or other cream ingredients

• Currently taking medications that interact with fusidic acid (checked by pharmacist)

• Medicine: Fusidic acid 20mg/g cream

• Application: Apply gently to affected area 3 times daily for 5–7 days

• Do not discontinue early even if symptoms improve

• Do not apply near the eyes or inside the mouth

• Supplied quantity covers the treatment area and duration
