How to use

1. Cleanse and tone, then pat the skin dry.
2. Open one sachet, unfold the sheet, and place it over the face, aligning the eye, nose and mouth cut-outs.
3. Smooth out air bubbles so the sheet sits flat, and leave on for 15–20 minutes.
4. Remove the sheet and gently massage the remaining essence into the skin — do not rinse.
5. Follow with moisturiser. Use about twice a week, or as part of a short post-treatment routine when your practitioner confirms it is safe.
