How to use
- Read the Instructions for Use leaflet in the pack before you start.
- Scan the QR code on the back of the pack to watch the step-by-step video, or follow the printed instructions.
- Clean the fingertip with the alcohol pad, take the blood sample with the lancet and transfer it with the capillary dropper as directed.
- Add the buffer solution to the test cassette as directed.
- Read the result at the time stated in the instructions. Do not read it after the stated time.

How do I read the result?
Two coloured lines mean the ferritin concentration is normal. One line in the control region only means the ferritin concentration is below the 30 ng/ml cut-off, which may indicate iron deficiency. If no line appears in the control region the test is invalid and should be repeated.
How long does it take?
The result is read at 5 minutes. Follow the timing given in the instructions in the pack.
Is the result a diagnosis?
No. It is a screening result. A laboratory blood test arranged by a healthcare professional is needed to confirm your actual iron level.
