Allevia Hives 180mg tablets contain fexofenadine hydrochloride, a non-drowsy antihistamine, for the relief of the symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) in adults and children aged 12 years and over. Pack of 15 tablets, sold by Ways Pharmacy (UK).

Not suitable for: Anyone allergic to fexofenadine or any of the other ingredients; children under 12 years. Do not take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless a doctor advises. Talk to a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney problems, are elderly, or have or have ever had heart problems, as fexofenadine may cause the heart to beat faster.

How to use

Read the label and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) before use.
Adults and children aged 12 and over: take one tablet once a day.
Swallow the tablet with water before a meal.
Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
If you use an indigestion remedy containing aluminium or magnesium, leave about 2 hours between it and Allevia.
If symptoms persist, get worse or new symptoms appear, stop taking the tablets and consult a doctor.
