Ascend Ibuprofen 200mg Film-Coated Tablets provide short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and fever in adults and young people aged 12 years and over. Each pack contains 24 tablets. Sold under the supervision of our GPhC-registered pharmacist.

How to Use

Adults and young people aged 12 years and over: take 1–2 tablets with water, preferably with or after food, up to three times daily as required. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. Adults should not use for more than 10 days and adolescents for more than 3 days without medical advice.

Each film-coated tablet contains ibuprofen 200mg. Also contains lactose.

Warnings & Storage

• Do not take with other ibuprofen, aspirin or other NSAIDs.
• Do not take if you have or have had a stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, a serious reaction to aspirin or NSAIDs, or severe heart, liver or kidney problems.
• Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have asthma, high blood pressure, bowel disease, take blood thinners, or are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
• Contains lactose. Keep out of the sight and reach of children and read the patient information leaflet before use.
