Not suitable for: Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or to shellfish, as the glycogen is derived from oysters. Avoid it if you are trying to conceive, because the gel is acidic; it is not a contraceptive. It is not for children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, if BV has never been diagnosed for you before, or if you have pelvic pain, fever or bleeding.
How to use
- Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
- Use one tube each day for 7 days, at bedtime, so it works overnight.
- Insert the contents of one tube into the vagina, following the instructions and diagram in the leaflet.
- Throw the tube away after a single use. Do not reuse it.
- See your doctor if your symptoms do not improve, return quickly or get worse.

Can I use it during my period?
Menstrual flow reduces how well the gel works, so it is better to use the course outside your period.
Can I use it while pregnant?

Can I use it if I am trying for a baby?
Avoid it if you are trying to conceive, because it is acidic. It is not a contraceptive.
