How to Use

Shake well before use. Press the pump 3 times to prime before first use. Spray your daily dose (3 sprays) onto the inside of the cheek, hold briefly, then swallow. Replace the cap after use.

Active Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 3000 IU (75μg), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) 75μg, Vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), in a base of purified water, xylitol, acacia gum, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, potassium sorbate and natural peppermint oil.

Warnings & Storage

If you're taking anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication or other vitamin K products, only use this on medical advice, as vitamin K2 can affect their action. Excessive intake beyond the recommended dose may have a laxative effect due to the xylitol content. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and use within 6 months of opening.
