Who it is for

• Adults and children 12 and over whose IBS has been diagnosed by a doctor
• People with cramping or colicky tummy pain linked to IBS
• People who get bouts of abdominal spasm and want targeted relief

Not suitable for: children under 12; anyone allergic to hyoscine butylbromide or the other ingredients; people with glaucoma, myasthenia gravis or megacolon (an abnormally enlarged bowel). If you are over 40 and it is some time since your last IBS attack, or your symptoms are different from usual, see your doctor before use. Speak to your pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have other conditions.

How to use

1. Read the patient information leaflet on the pack before you start.
2. Only take Buscopan IBS Relief if a doctor has diagnosed you with IBS.
3. Adults and children 12 and over: start with one tablet three times a day.
4. If needed for more relief, the dose can be increased to two tablets four times a day.
5. Swallow the tablets whole with water; do not chew them. Speak to your doctor if symptoms persist.
