How to Use

Adults: chew two tablets daily, preferably with food. Do not swallow whole. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Active Ingredients

Vitamin A, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Folic Acid, Biotin, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium, Pantothenic Acid and Niacin, sweetened with xylitol and aspartame.

Warnings & Storage

Contains iron — keep out of reach of children, as overdose in children can be dangerous. Contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine. Contains xylitol, which may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women; consult your doctor or pharmacist first if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Contains gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, out of sight and reach of children.
