How to use

Take one applicator from the box; do not use it if the tamper-evident tab is broken.
Hold the applicator with the narrow end pointing up, then twist off and discard the tab.
Gently insert the narrow end deep into the vagina and squeeze the bulb 2-3 times to release the gel.
Keep squeezing the bulb while you withdraw the applicator, then throw it away.
It can be applied up to 15 minutes before sex so the gel can coat the vagina and cervix.
For extra moisture, use a second applicator.
