How to use

Read the instructions on the carton before use.
Wash and dry your hands, and check that the bottle seal is intact.
Rinse the eye bath with the eye wash, then fill it until it is about a third full.
Tilt your head slightly forward, hold the eye bath by its base and place it over your eye.
Slowly raise your head with your eye open so the wash flows freely over it, and gently rock your head from side to side for at least 30 seconds.
Discard any wash left in the eye bath and repeat for the other eye. If more than one person uses the eye bath, sterilise it by boiling it in water.
