How to Use

Squeeze the base to flatten the pump, flip the rim outward, position it over the nipple and areola, then flip the rim back to create a gentle vacuum seal. Wear for around 10 minutes while nursing on the other side or during let-down. Remove gently by holding the base and breaking the seal. Collected milk can also be combined with actively expressed milk before storing.
