Not suitable for: Anyone allergic to arnica, to any of the other ingredients, or to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family such as daisies, marigolds and artichokes. Do not apply it to broken or irritated skin, and keep it away from the eyes, mouth and nose. Ask a pharmacist or doctor for advice before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The cream contains cetostearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions, and the parabens E218 and E216, which may cause allergic reactions.

How to use

Read the label and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) before use.
Before first use, pierce the seal on the tube with the point on the top of the cap.
Apply the cream to the affected area up to 4 times a day as required.
For external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and keep away from the eyes, mouth and nose.
If your symptoms get worse, or do not improve after 7 days, speak to a pharmacist or doctor.
