How to use
- Break off about 45 cm of floss and wind most of it around the middle finger of one hand and a little around the other.
- Hold a short length taut and guide it gently between two teeth with a zigzag motion. Do not snap it against the gum.
- Curve the floss into a C shape around one tooth and slide it up and down against the tooth surface and gently under the gum line.
- Move to a clean section of floss for each tooth, including the back of the last teeth.
- Floss once a day, ideally before brushing.
