Sizing

One size fits all. Use the printed guidelines to trim the insoles to your shoe size.

How to Use

• Left and right are marked on the bottom of each insole.
• Trim with sharp scissors. Start a little larger than your shoe size and trim down gradually.
• Put them in your shoes fabric side up.

Care

• Hand or machine wash at 40°C.
• Don't tumble dry. Dry flat.
• Don't leave on a radiator.
