What it is
Protifar is a Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP). It’s a powdered, unflavoured, high-protein supplement used for the dietary management of hypoproteinaemia (low blood protein). It may also be used to help top up protein intake when normal diet isn’t enough or when protein needs are increased (e.g., burns, wound healing).
