Rhinolast is a prescription-only antihistamine nasal spray containing azelastine hydrochloride. It is used for sneezing, a runny or itchy nose and other symptoms of hay fever and year-round allergic rhinitis, and is often considered for mild to moderate nasal symptoms. It does not contain a steroid. At Ways Pharmacy it is supplied only after a pharmacist has assessed your symptoms and confirmed that it is suitable for you.

- Pharmacist reviews and speaks with you. A GPhC-registered pharmacist contacts you by phone or video to go through your answers and confirm whether this medicine is suitable. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must join the video call.
- If suitable, order and pay on this page. Once the pharmacist confirms the medicine is suitable, you add the medicine to your basket and check out on this page, or call 020 8106 7084. If you have already paid and the pharmacist finds the medicine is not suitable, you receive a full refund.
- We post your medicine or you collect it. Once approved, orders placed by 3pm on a weekday are posted the same day (see our shipping policy), or you can collect from Holborn.

Warnings and who should not take this medicine
- Children under 12 (through this service)
- Anyone allergic to azelastine or any other ingredient
- People whose symptoms may be caused by something other than allergy, such as sinusitis, a nose or chest infection — see our sinusitis service

Possible side effects
A bitter taste is common, especially if the head is tilted back. Nasal irritation, sneezing, nosebleeds, headache and drowsiness can also occur. Stop using it and get urgent medical help if you develop swelling of the face, lips or throat or difficulty breathing.
