A maximum-strength liquid blend of fish oil and cod liver oil. Each 10ml daily dose provides 2300mg of omega-3, plus 100% NRV of vitamin D. The oils are in triglyceride form.

How to Use

• Adults and children over 15: two 5ml teaspoons (10ml) a day, taken with a meal.
• Children aged 11 and over: one 5ml teaspoon a day.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
