• Adults and children aged 6 years and over with a blocked nose.

Not suitable for: Not recommended for children under 6 years. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an underlying medical condition, or take any other medicines or complementary therapies. You must be 16 or over to buy this product.

How to use

1. Read the leaflet supplied in the pack for more information.
2. Insert into a nostril, hold the other nostril closed and inhale deeply.
3. Use as often as needed.
4. For hygiene reasons, do not use the inhaler more than 28 days after first opening.

What does the inhaler contain?

Each 0.5ml stick contains menthol 125mg, camphor 50mg and Siberian pine oil 10mg, and also contains methyl salicylate.

How often can it be used?

Use it as often as needed; inhale deeply to make breathing feel clear and cool.

For hygiene reasons, do not use it more than 28 days after first opening.

Can children use it?

It is suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over. It is not recommended for children under 6.
