Uses

Videne Antiseptic Solution may be used for:

• Disinfection of intact external skin prior to minor procedures
• Mucosal antiseptic (prior to injections, blood-taking, catheterisations)
• Antiseptic wound care (such as pressure ulcers and varicose ulcers)
• Treatment of minor burns
• Infected skin conditions

How to Use

For external use only. Apply to the affected area as directed. Can be used undiluted or diluted as appropriate. Refer to the Patient Information Leaflet for full directions.

Ingredients

• Active: Povidone Iodine 10% w/w
• Other: Alkyl phenol ether sulphate, glycerol, citric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate, purified water

Storage
