Viora Saliva Pregnancy Test - 1 Test

Viora Saliva Pregnancy Test is a new way to test for pregnancy at home using saliva instead of urine. It detects the pregnancy hormone hCG in saliva and can be used at any time of day from the first day of your expected period. In a laboratory study it was over 99% accurate from the day of the expected period. Available from our GPhC-registered pharmacy in London.

How to Use

1. Do not eat, drink (including water), smoke or use mouth spray for 30 minutes before testing.
2. Spit into the collection tube up to the fill line, replace the cap and gently turn the tube over 5 times. Do not shake.
3. Lay the test card flat and add 3 drops into the round sample well.

Read the result between 5 and 10 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are not valid. Two lines (C and T, even if T is faint) = hCG detected. One line (C only) = hCG not detected. No C line = invalid, repeat with a new test. Always follow the full instructions in the pack.

Q: When can I take the test?
A: From the first day of your expected period, at any time of day.

Q: How do I read the result?

Q: My result is negative but my period hasn't started — what should I do?
A: Retest in 2–3 days. If you are still unsure, speak to our pharmacist or your GP.

Q: Why can't I eat or drink before testing?
A: Food, drink and mouth products can dilute or affect the saliva sample, so wait 30 minutes before testing.
