**How to Use:**
For a foot bath, dissolve 1-2 cups of flakes into 5 litres of warm water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes, adding more warm water as needed.

**How to Prepare the Perfect Bath:**
1. Run a warm bath at an ideal temperature of 37-40°C.
2. For transdermal* benefits, dissolve 2-4 cups of flakes into the bath.
3. Dim the lights to create a calming atmosphere.
4. Relax and enjoy the bath for at least 20 minutes.

*Transdermal bathing is an effective way to boost magnesium levels in the body.
