What is Lemsip Max Blackcurrant?

Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant is a blackcurrant-flavoured hot drink powder for short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including headache, fever, a blocked nose, body aches and sore throat.

Who is it for?

Adults and children aged 16 years and over. Do not give to children under 16 years.

How do I take it?

Dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water and stir. Take one sachet every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not take more than four sachets in 24 hours or exceed the stated dose.

Who should not take it?

Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredient, have heart disease or high blood pressure. Read the leaflet for all contraindications and medicine interactions.

Important safety information

Contains paracetamol. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products. Seek immediate medical advice after an overdose, even if you feel well. If symptoms persist for more than five days or worsen, consult a pharmacist or doctor.
