How to take Lemsip Max Honey and Ginger Sachets

• Adults, the elderly and children over 16 years: Dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot (not boiling) water, stir until fully dissolved, and drink warm.
• If needed, repeat every 4-6 hours.
• Maximum four sachets in 24 hours.
• Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing medicines.
• Not for children under 16 years.
• For oral use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
